We include 1 hour of free consulting with each policy purchase to assist you with any customizations or questions surrounding the use, distribution and content of our policies.
Our policies reflect current Alberta Employment Standards legislation. If you require policies in other provinces you may use your hour of consulting for us to assist in rewording the policies to adhere to the applicable provincial legislation.
Please understand that any changes you make to the policies need to adhere to provincial legislation. Whether or not your policy follows legislation and employees agree to your policy, the applicable provincial legislation as well as Human Rights and OHS legislation take precedence. Also, if you make substantial changes to the policy we cannot guarantee the integrity of the policy.
