Our coaching is based on conversation – no fancy methods or programs to follow. We work with small to mid-size business leaders as your partner – someone to run your ideas, thoughts and concepts through. We'll give you honest feedback and help you build on your strengths through our experience working with other business leaders. We'll work through your challenges, wins and failures together.

We can work with you on a one-time basis, ad-hoc meetings or a set schedule. We believe in flexible real time coaching.

MY time leadership coaching

To provide leaders coaching when you need it most. Our team of coaches extraordinaire will work with small to mid-size company leaders in Calgary and surrounding area to coach you to a result in an immediate situation. We will be your partners in real time. We will respond to you within 1 hour of your phone call and to be able to address your scenario with 24 hours either in person or over the phone.
